Crocodile Smoker.

I got a little inspired after playing "The Wolf Among us" that put all of these fairy tale creatures in the gritty city of New York during the 80's. 
Its one of those cartoonish Anthropomorphic animals you see in children movies in a real shady real world environment  where neon sings light up the dark, empty streets.
Hes supposed to be just leaning at a wall of a strip joint, smoking with a thoughtful look on his face.
